We say the same in Spanish (Ponerse rojo como tomate!)
I'd love to learn Hebrew, but lessons are soooo expensive around here *sob, sob*

A dying language? Oh that's quite sad! I always wanted to learn Hebrew! My great-grandmother spoke some Yiddish, but it's not the same, right?
As for the English thing, I'm an English language teacher/translator major, so that I use English for academic purposes all the time. And also in DA and with friends from school. At home is pure Spanish. And very bad one. (hehe)

It is indeed! Amazing (and dangerous) century to live in.
But still, I'm glad that Mexico has been a peaceful place for the most part since I believe that wars are most devastating and tragic.
Although I think that a war of such dimensions now would be different, there's a lot more communication and it's possible to get first-hand news from other places in the globe. Still, I do hope that never, ever, ever happens again...
(There's so much to talk about... long, long conversations, for which, I believe DA wasn't intended for, lol!)

Actually, I love the bloody mary's that my local bartender makes. Go figure. The only tomatoe related product that I will have. Then again, the celery salt and worcheister sauce and dill weed and tabasco sauce and pickle all help...
