...Tavros. You grinned, trying to hide any of your previous apprehension at visiting your secret crush's hive.

"Hi Tavros," you say raising a hand and giving a tiny wave. "Can I come in?"

The brown-blooded troll opened the door wider when he saw who it was and he flashed you a shy grin. Rubbing his arm he shyly looked up at you, "uh, sure. Come on in. I've, uh, set up the game in my respiteblock."

You flash a smile and walk into his hive, listening as he closed the door behind you. You wait for him a moment before you go into his bedroom, or respiteblock as he called it, so that you could walk side by side. You look around, he must have cleaned his room recently. You'd been over only a few days before and it'd been littered with the remnants of his last game of Fidus Spawn along with a few lances, fantasy books, and a few other items. But now it was all clean, and a few orbs, cards, and plushes were set up facing each other. You gave an excited little bounce and quickly chose your spot.

Tavros laughed quietly watching you, and sat on his side. He picked up his cards, you picked up yours, and an epic game of Fidus Spawn commenced.

You flashed Tavros a confident, playful smirk as you sent your beast to destroy his. His mouth dropped open as you threw your fists in the air in triumph. "YES! Take that, so-called 'Fidus Spawn Master'!" You fell onto your back giggling as Tavros put down his cards and grinned, laughing at your playful behavior.

"Haha, okay, uh, new Fidus Spawn master. What do you, uh, want to do now?" You lifted your head from where you lay and saw that he'd leaned forward, his eyes shining. It was obvious that he wanted to play some more, but looking at the mess you two had created, you guessed it wouldn't be Fidus Spawn. You sat up pursing your lips as you thought. Then suddenly you straightened up and dug into your (f/c) drawstring backpack. Tavros saw your eyes brighten up as you held something just out of his view in your bag.

"Tavros," you said, your grin widening, "are you ready to become a Pokemon master?" You brandished your favorite version of Pokemon and then took out a handheld gaming device that the Taurus had never seen before.

He put his head to one side as you plugged in the game and handed it over to him as the word "Nintendo" appeared on the screen. Tavros' eyes widened as he took the game and he looked up at you as you smiled and said, "surprise!"

"Wait...this...is for me?" he asked hesitantly. You nodded enthusiastically. "I thought you'd like it, I just alchemized another using the code on the back of one of my cards. It's my favorite version! And I brought my game too," you said taking out another slightly more worn handheld device before settling down next to him and loading your save file.

Tavros was speechless. He'd been given a gift, a really awesome gift, from one of the nicest and prettiest girls he knew. He blushed a faint brown and began his Pokemon adventure. After a few minutes you looked over at Tavros, he was excitedly running around one of the towns and talking to everyone in sight. You risked a glance at his face and saw him beaming. You smiled and felt a slight blush creeping onto your face as you went back to your game.

You felt a buzzing sensation on your thigh and rose, rubbing your eyes groggily. You reached into your pocket blindly and found that your phone's battery was low, and it was 12:00...again. Your eyes widened and you looked to the window. The sun wasn't up...that didn't make sense. You thought that maybe your clock was wrong and you tried to get up but felt something clinging to your waist. You looked down confusedly and your eyes flew open as you saw what was holding you. It was Tavros. Tavros was clinging to your waist! You slowly took in your position next to him and realized that you two had...been SPOONING!?

You were now a nervous, blushing mess. You began to pry his arms off before he woke and discovered what the two of you had been doing. As soon as you freed yourself, you felt your hand brush against something cold and you looked down to see that it was your game. And it was turned off! You panicked, flipping the switch back to on, desperately praying that your file had somehow been saved.

Tavros had been roused by the sudden movement and cold air that had greeted him when you left his side. He sat up, rubbed one eye, and looked over at you in the dark room. Your panicked face was illuminated by the screen and you gasped in surprise when you saw that your game had been saved at the exact last moment you remembered playing it. "I, uh, saved it for you when you fell asleep."

You jumped, and looked up seeing that he'd awoken. You blushed, remembering what you two had just been doing and said a quiet "thanks".

"Uh, no problem, heh." Tavros got to his feet, the metal of his legs reflecting the light of your game before you turned it off again. You rose as well as he continued, "you fell asleep just before sunrise. So I, uh, let you sleep." He blushed a little after having said this and you wondered if he'd spooned with you on purpose. You were both thankful that the darkness was hiding your growing blushes from one another.

You took a moment before replying, trying to hide your shaking voice. "T-Tavros, how long was I asleep?" You heard him moving closer to you and you tensed, your heart pounding only to blink in surprise when the room's came on. He'd only been going to turn it on. You tried to stifle a pang of disappointment as he went to look out the window before turning back to you. "I think we slept, uh, all day, ______."

Your eyes widened in shock and you dove back into your pocket for your phone. Sure enough, the date had changed. You'd slept for almost a whole day! How in the hell did you manage that!? You just looked back up at Tavros after depositing your phone back into your pocket. "Well...I guess I should be getting back home." You bent over to pick up your bag and Tavros, watched you, his blush reappearing.

"You, uh, don't have to go ______. I don't mind if you, uh, stay a while longer." You stood back up and turned to Tavros again. "You sure Tav?" He felt his blood-pumper flutter as you called him by one of the nicknames you gave him. "Yeah, uh, of course. Make yourself at home!"

You let your bag slump back to the floor just as your stomach growled. You grabbed your sides as splitting pain seared through your gut. You were starving! You noticed Tavros watching, half amused and half sympathetic. "I'll go get us some, uh, refreshments."

"Cool, thanks Tavvy." He turned around quickly and disappeared into the dark hallway to hide his blush at you having called him by another nickname, one of his more favorite ones. You sat on the window sill and looked out at the grassy field and the quiet waves of the water moving in the distance. It was a perfect night.

Tavros reappeared moments later, his arms full of food and his teeth clenched on a paper bag. "______," he mumbled around the bag, "cuh on. Ee can eat on the oof." You laughed and crossed the room to join him, turning off the light as he led you to the roof of his hive. Once outside, you closed the door and helped him set down all of the food. It was a handsome feast, even if you did say so yourself, and the sky full of stars under the full moons made it that much better.

You sat next to Tavros, staring out over the dark field and listening to murmur of the water and the bugs. Somewhere, a bird was calling and then everything was quiet again. Tavros tapped your shoulder and you turned to see that he was opening the paper bag. Grinning, he produced what had been sitting inside. "Ta-da! Haha, uh, I thought that maybe you'd like something a little special." Tavros grinned wide, holding up your favorite type of dessert in a small plastic container.

You appreciatively took the dish and took off the plastic lid, murmuring a "thanks" which he returned with a quiet "no problem". You both sat cross-legged on the cool roof letting moonlight bathe you as a slight breeze came to rustle your hair. You both finished your desserts before quietly sampling some of the other foods and lying down, gazing up at the constellations.

You sighed contentedly, earning Tavros' attention. His arms were up and his fingers were interlocked, cushioning his head. He turned his head a little to look at you, admiring the way the stars reflected in your (e/c) eyes. "Uh, ______?"

You turned to face him, and your breath stuck in your threat as you saw the look in his glowing, gold and bronze eyes. It was strong and intense and you had to inhale before replying, "y-yeah Tav?"

He propped himself up on his elbows and bit his lip for a moment before he tentatively lifted a shaking hand and stroked your cheek. You felt your heart speeding up again and you shyly lifted a hand to hold his on your cheek. Taking that as a sign to go on, he suddenly moved forward, closing the space between you. His lips met with yours and he tipped his head to one side, hungrily kissing you. You could tell in an instant that he'd been waiting a long time to do this, and so had you.

You rose and pushed him onto his back, before straddling him and lying down on him to deepen the kiss. You could feel his heart beating against your chest, it was racing but gradually began to slow. You two eventually began to move apart and you gazed down into his eyes. He smiled a sincere smile and wrapped his arms around you, letting them rest on the small of your back.

"Uh, ______?"

"Yeah Tav?" Your voice was full of love.

"Will you...will you be my matesprit?" he asked, his voice hushed. A shy blush had crept over his cheeks and you responded by covering them in soft pecks. You stopped just by his pointed ear and whispered, "yes". Tavros shuddered at the feeling of your breath hot in his ear. He nuzzled into the crook of your neck before you moved so that you could lie beside him to look up at the sky. He put an arm around you and pulled you closer to him.

Suddenly smirking, you look up at him. "Hey Tav, you'd never guess what we were doing when we were sleeping on the floor of your room."

A sly look crept into his shining eyes as he gave a tiny smirk of his own. "Uh, actually ______, I think I've got a pretty good idea."

Your eyes widened and you playfully pushed his chest. "Tav!" Tavros broke out laughing as you settled down in the crook of his arm once more.
