🪔 To Adam, Peaches is the only one he can fully & completely trust... Despite fearing her stone cold heart & ever-lacking voice, he learns that she is the only one who will protect him with her life, not seeing him as a freak for being a victim of pedophilia for 8 years. But from the moment Peaches saw him, she was the first one to whole-heartedly accept him as quickly as she did, to learn & understand his actions are caused by his past; stalking, hiding, being timid, seeking "adult attention" despite fearing them to death, and having some out of wack opinions on the world. She hears & understands him. Adam feels comfortable & safe around Peaches, and Peaches doesn't feel so cold when she is with him. She let's her guard down & the real her shine through, even just a little...

🪔 This was kinda based off the song, "Gothic Babe Tendencies" by Julia Wolf &, "Softcore" by The Neighborhood, also a roleplay I'm in where she is comforting him bc he overdosed opioids after he resold himself on the black market to run away bc no one wanted him around for "being a freak".
But I LIVE FOR this mother & son bond Peaches & Adam share! They are my favorite comfort "ship" (idk how else to word it). And the dynamic of predator with prey is so- MWAH! 🤌 Peaches is the strong, stone cold veteran, while Adam is the weak & vulnerable victim she needs to nurture & is the key to her happiness.
