Description I drew this for this sexy lady here but never share here cos I'm just lazy. She wanted angst and I gave her the
worst kind: Dean is an alcoholic nobody seems to care.

Never thought of a title till now, and just tried to remember songs about adictions/alcoholism, so I'm using this line blatantly stolen from Metallica's Sad But True. One day I'll be more original, I promise.

You're very good at conveying feeling when you draw; his expression is great. Don't beat yourself over song quotes as titles, though ... My only crit (don't hit me!) is that his left leg looks a little wonky, but maybe it's just me. Otherwise, I reiterate, quite skilled, you are.

(I actually didn't know it was SPN fanart until I read the description, so that's not why I'm liking this... >_>)

I totally agree, the worst of Dean's alcoholism is the lack of importance that it receives. Soon Dean, the guy who lives only for others, no one who cares about him.
