It started out as a doodle when I came back from my mom's friend daughter's Quinceanera who's name happens to be Isabelle. Which caused me to draw this. Since Isabella is Mexican-Jewish I thought she may have a Bat mitzvah or a Quinceanera, either one Phineas may have helped set it up or something~

Oh, this is based on the Quinceanera idea because I'm more familiar with it. :I

Edit: I don't know what's up with Isabella's lips, I just I don't know.
