I must say that it feels quite picturesque... even though there are so many boats and all, they all add more depth and their own sort of thing here.
I especially like the hue of the blue of both the water and the sky. The lighting isn't too bad, either. Certainly, the weather in that piece is better than the one I'm experiencing now.
I'm not sure about the composition and positioning... I like it, but... eh. I'd prefer more sky, but that's just me.
Not bad stuff, all in all.
