Thanks. I am planning to animate one of my own characters, in Pencil2D. I wonder if animating digitally takes the same "time" when doing a pencil/paper animation.

If you want to practice animating, I'd suggest Pencil2D. It makes great Gifs.

If I'm to do traditional animation without wasting paper, I'd rather use digital art programs to create the animation.
