Powers:
Telepath: Aoitsume can communicate with just about any creature as long as they don't try to mentally block him off
Leviation: Aoistume levitates constantly, making his weight undetermined, He can also extend this power to make other things float but not very much Maximum load is one small Rank 4 kaiju
Energy Orbs: Aoitsume is consantly being cirled by twin energy orbs that provide light and energy which can be given to allies or used to shock opponents. They cannot heal or help allies much but to give them a temporary boost of power, and Rank 5 kaiju only find the shock from them irritating. Good for one use only then they take a time to 'recharge'
Energy spray: Aoitsume can spray a stream of energy his strongest attack.
Third Hand: The five tentacles on the End of Aoitsumes body acts as another hand
Force Field: Aoitsumes most powerfuly and only defense after fleeing, Aoitsume can generate force fields which can last a good while under assault

Weaknesses:
Cowardly: Even if Aoitsume is backed up he has a tendancy to shrink and shy away from things
Shrimpy: Aoitsume simply cannot Fight in physical combat, he is weak and scrawny, his bones arnt too easily broken but he cannot stand up for himself, and if a enemy gets him trapped and forced into a physical fight he can be quickly 'dealt with'
Freeze-Frame: Sometimes Aoitsume can be struck by a paralysing fear leaving him temporarily open to attacks until he manages to snap out.
Morality: He can't stand to see a friend get beaten up and he will intervine but after realising what he's just done and the trouble he's in the cowardly aspect quickly returns.

Personality: Aoitsume is very intelligent and can hold a good long conversation if he wants, But Aoitsume is very aware of his weakness making him cowardly in fights, he also has a small tendancy to over-complicate things and then if it doesn't work he becomes shakey and nervous of everything. Despite this once you peel back the nervous exterior and actually get to him he is sweet and cares a lot about the life around him.

History:
Dimensions. They are known to exist but travelling between them well who knows, it can be very confusing much like the true origin of Aoistume. He was found on a beach, unconcious and covered in a strange energy never before seen, When the Naga-like being awoke he found himself surrounded by hundreds of intruiged people and he freaked out. Aoitsume immediatley fled around the world struggling to comprehend all the humans around the place, Panicing Aoitsume shrunk into the first cave he found able to take his size. It took days of negotiating from both humans and friendly kaiju alike to get the frieghtened Kaiju to come out of hiding.
Since then he helps out people globally weather it be helping kaiju-human interactions or human-human talks he feels happy to have a place.
