Heehee, im so glad you like it!! I really, really loved his design (the way those green markings go down the back aaa) so it was really fun! I also managed to draw it really fast too .o. (like, 25 minutes woah) so that was a surprise.
Also yay gift art~ One step closer to evolving him!
