From: my comic The God Machine.
Media: Indian ink/brushed on, pens on bristol/comic board. Few photoshop touch-ups for presentation. Image cropped.
Done: about a week and half ago.
Did this as a promo cover for book #1, in an attempt to do a promo version for people to buy cheaply. That fell through.. opps.
Inspired from the opening page of Guy's monologue about the death of Sith.

I think if you darkened up the lineart on Guy, it'd look perfect. Very nice, though. I like the textures on this, and the white space plays out very nicely.

book 1 is finished, but it's crude, and isn't up to my standards in drawing. I was going to see about taking it through cafe-press or somewhere to do a lil run. But i was hoping that it would only cost people 2 bucks, instead of 6. > _< So that plan went away (i don't believe in selling something i don't feel confident about). Currently i'm working on book 2 to send to publishers to see if i can get offically published. After i get in the door, i'll be re-doing book 1 for actual publication. Maybe my failed attempt at a book will see the light of day in some special issue (it still has it's moments.) So nothing to buy as of this moment. :_:

Well, I did Ch. 1 of my comic close to six times. XD (it's now Ch. 3) So no worries...do you do your comics in manga-size? Or jus' in normal comic size?

normal comic size. plan on doing the regular comic ordeal. 20-30 page single issues. Plan on doing about 50+, a mini epic indie comic. It's gonna be hell doing it by myself, but i'm up to the challenge with my baby. Problem is, i can't keep redoing things, i need to start making money soon. Getting a house, and married soon, have to contribute and start my career. I really do have to too.. my hands and brain call to me. Career, and my children call to me.. this is what i must do.
