Good lord... this is just downright adorable! It's good to see Zappa with such a gleeful look on his face, since he's usually so miserable. You did a great job of converting him to chibi, and that blush amplifies his cuteness by a whole lot. Just looking at this automatically makes me fill with glee, and you know something is undoubtably great when it incites emotion.

Apparently he is my brother's favourite character in the samurai/rock and roll fighting game - Guilty Gear series! LOL! XXD This guy's totally losing conciousness every now and then because his soul has been overtaken by an evil spirit of some sort - which is why when he fights he can summon some of the toughest spirits in his disposable. ^^
And Spokydoom, may you keep up the totally awesome and funky artwork. All of the concepts are cleverly funny and well drawn/coloured and shaded in your own unique style. It would be fantastic to see some more. ^_~ *thumbs up*

Firstly, I would like to say I absolutely love that picture.
Secondly, if you don't mind, I'd like to take the time to explain a few things. Unless I'm mistaken, this is a spoof on the character Suzuran from the adult game Suigetsu, who says WAHA and is in a similar style. I hope I'm right.
And Guilty Gear is probably the coolest 2D fighter I have ever played, done by Sammy. The characters are beautiful, and the gameplay is intense. It's fairly newbie friendly, and yet incredibly deep. It's also amazingly well balanced. For anyone who likes fighting games, I implore you to go out and purchase Guilty Gear X2 (reload or otherwise). Don't worry about Isuka so much, it's not even a fifth as good.
