Name: Chester (Yes, he is indeed a foreigner)
Age: ???
Height: 7'0" (though he usually appears a bit shorter due to his horrible posture)
Weight: It's like "height" but with a w!
Weapons: His claws, teeth, and shackle.

Description: Nobody's really sure where this strange fellow came from; in fact, it's questionable that even he really knows. The only clues seem to be the tattoo on his back and the faint smell of saltwater lingering on him. One thing that doesn't take long to figure out, however, is that he isn't quite all there in the head. He seems to have a mentality that's a mix between a child and a stray animal, and he's prone to seeing or hearing things that don't really exist. Even though he is a foreigner, he's managed to pick up a decent amount of Japanese, though he has trouble with bigger words, so he usually sticks to simpler sentences. He can understand it well enough too, though wordier foes would probably lose him completely. He can't read, nor can he write.
From what most can tell, he's a homeless bum. His clothes are old and ragged and he's often seen just wandering aimlessly around in search of food. He has no concept of money, and would sooner try to eat a coin than figure out he could use it to get actual food. Like a stray animal, he'll quickly warm up to anyone who feeds him. While a few may be intimidated by his height and general appearance, he's actually pretty friendly and harmless as long as you don't try to anger him... Fortunately, most insults go right over his head. He's incredibly naive and curious, sometimes too much for his own good. He's very afraid of water and thunderstorms.

Strengths: For someone having to lug around all that weight on his arms, he is surprisingly fast and acrobatic, which can make him one annoying target to hit. He has a strange resistance to many poisons, drugs, and toxins (Note: They can still work on him, but you'd have to be using quite a bit). He is also fairly strong, especially his bite.
Weaknesses: He has no long-range attacks, short of throwing any nearby items. Even then, his aim is not very good. He has a HUGE fear of water, to the point where even seeing a cup of it can make him nervous. Seeing large amounts of water can make him freeze up or run screaming. He's also very gullible, and easy to emotionally manipulate. If angered enough, he can become very reckless in battle and end up hurting himself in an attempt to get at his opponent (he can also become unaware of his surroundings, so watch out civilians!).
