If anyone knows of any tutorials for coloring see through fabric could you pass them my way?

You did quite a good job on colouring her attire.
When you are working with see trough fabric a good idea is to use lighter colour than you would normally use , just on the places where the fabric is thicker you use the darker tone of the same colour, and you use lighter tone of the skin or whatever the background is to make it appear see trough.

Great marker work! I think you handled the material quite well, but if you really think you need help with it, I recommend looking at see through material reference and just playing around with techniques to make it look better. Start with getting it down realistically, then apply it to you style. That can be a lot of work though @_@ lol. Any way, very nice piece

She's very pretty! I love the rich colors, and the thick outer line is a nice effect!
I don't know of any tutorials offhand, but what I have found to work well in the past is color the character first (so the colors/shadows properly show through), then color the fabric over top of the character, using colored pencil to really bring out the highlights. Hope that helps

Very nice colouring 
And as for colouring objects behind or in transparant clothing, I find that just colouring the area a darker colour really does the trick! Lets take the tail for example, you can plainly see with the lines where it goes, if you do the lines in a darker colour than the colour your doing the clothing (it looks orange to me, so if you can do it in a darker orange), and the same would go for the colouring of the fur itself, if you colour it in a darker orange (but not as dark as the orange you used for the lines) that also works wonders. And since the tail is behind the clothes, you're really not gonna see the brown of the tail at all, it would just appear darker the the clothes.
I'm terrible at explaining, but I hoped it helped.
