Empress Elisabeth of Austria, known affectionately as "Sisi" to her family and closest friends. Her look is based off her most famous portrait, where she's wearing that beautiful white dress. She was very attentive to her hair, face, figure, and dress, and was once considered the most beautiful woman in all of Europe. This is not a very good representation of her, but I did my best.
