It's the program I use. It's called Manga Studio. It works every document as if it were a manga novel by adding new pages and new stories. It therefore numbers each page and I cant remove the numbers. Wish I knew how though

This might be a late reply, but you could probably just open the file up in another program and remove the numbers there.

I could do it on photoshop, but I found it ruined the image quality.

That would be cool ... I have a couple of OCs that are more ponified than oc, I was thinking I could use them to make a story about them
