cool, it looks like I copied you but I honestly never saw yours, I LOVE the highlights, it really brings the gif to life (if that's the right phrase) I'm adding some tone to an arcainine one I'm doing now

You work fast :]. Well it's not really mine I just added a few highlights/shadows also a dark to transparent gradient overlay on the sky to give it a little more depth. But your work is great !

Yh, but once you have made your first gif they are pretty easy after that

I see you have seen my arcanine gifs. do you prefer the slow or fast one?

In my opinion on the fast one the transition between day and night is a little fast but it's still good. Although I think the slower one fits better.
