I believe they are called bell boots. i think they are supposed to make sure the back hooves don't accidently clip the back of the front hooves.

bell boots? how strange. Surley they won't stop them clipping? if anything, its making them LARGER, thus more prone to touch?? or am i looking to far into it or something? :s
