First off, regardless of what you think, I'm going to be using a watermark. It helps against theft, if only a little.
Second, yes, I've seen "How to Play." I'll just say, he has his opinions, I have mine. Not to say I hate the guy, I severely envy him in many regards. I don't see eye to eye with some of what he thinks.

Yeah, okay, I see where your going with the watermarks, soz on my part if there was a part of you that I unkowingly pissed off. Following the subject, you Might need to explain to me how that would help against this art theft. Speaking of art theft I need to find the little doo-hicky that lets me flag that BITCH, and I'm sure you know which BITCH I'm talking about, 'cause you still have that certain BITCH in your crosshairs if I'm not mistaken. ANYWAY, feel free to "rant" to me anytime about what makes you envious towards JJ and what you don't see eye-to-eye with him, because it satisfies me to know that I can help people get a load off their minds. If not, that's completely up to you. leaving on this note, I bid you good luck with the art thief dilemma. And with that, I'm off!

For reporting the thief themself, I have links at the end of this journal. [link]
For reporting deviations, you can go on to the deviation itself and click a report deviation tab (to the right, under favorite and info stuff). Be sure to have another tab or window open to view the source of the original image, so that you can post said image in the report. When finding originals, you'll notice that for this thief in particular, someone was kind enough to post links to the original artwork in the comments.
Let me just also say that, though I admire your enthusiasm, calling this person a bitch may be a little harsh. Yes, this person is breaking a contract, but I, myself, consider calling someone a bitch a little bit extreme under many circumstances. But, hey, it's your mouth, use it how you will.

A watermark will basically act as a signature and, in most cases, be hard to remove or obscure. That's my reasoning behind it.
