Well it's definitely an interesting idea; especially where mermaids are concerned.
As for the angler fish girl, I've always considered doing something like this before as a challenge (i.e. take a creature that's usually considered ugly and turn it into a cute girl). Of course, I'll have to figure out if and when I can do such a challenge though.

Yeah, I feel like I'm always so mean to my characters. I bend their bodies in ways they weren't meant to be, I make them to big, I make them too spiky ... really, I should probably see a psychiatrist.
