Well, here's my entry for Deer-Head 's art contest. It shows my character Mica playing sabacc against Deer-Head's Jaeyn, while Ace and Yoko, members of Jaeyn's crew, watch on. I'm not sure how they ended up playing sabacc in a dimly-lit cantina, but I imagine they were probably waiting between jobs and it just kind of happened. As far as the game's going, I think Mica's in a bit of trouble. She's never been good at sabacc.

Why I drew this? Basically, this was the first idea that popped into my head when I was reading the post for the contest and after checking to make sure that it would work timeline-wise I went with the idea. I very rarely draw backgrounds and or lighting like this, so making this drawing was a challenge. I'm happy with how it turned out though, and that's what matters.
