I love clouded leopards <3Nightcloud is my oldest character, I think I've had him for about 4 years now. He's also my favourite. I don't know why he hasn't earnt the fame of his own place on dA before now, but here he is for you in a ref sheet.
Yup, he's the main character in my book ^^
Please note: Large spots are outlined in black. Spots gradually fade into black as they get smaller. This is not exactly how I would like his spots to be, basically he's just like a normal clouded leopard, so you can draw his spots design however you like, although I'd like the two spots by his eye the same. It's also veery important he has bright green eyes, the brighter the better. I would say more but I'd ruin the plot x]
This only took about 2 hours, but I like it anyway cB

I came across clouded leopards in this book called 'Animal' that I bought where it listed like every single animal. i was looking for a main character in the story that i was writing (and still am x3) and wanted a species that was similar to a leopard but different if you know what i mean |3 and I turned to the big cat section and found cloudies, and i was just like, ooh they're cute 8D. and i've loved them ever since xD

nawww awesome! (when my dad took me to the zoo i actualy saw a snow leopard and i was like nammw there gorgeous! (there really simillar to the clouded leaopard exept for there furs more of a greyish whiteish colour) XD
BTW, are you submitting your story on here coz if you are i would love to read it sometime! XD

awwh, snow leopards are awesome! ^__^ you know i almost wrote my story about snow leopards instead of normal leopards, i couldnt make my mind up xD
well i've submitted the prologue of one of my redrafts, here [link] my first draft was like 80 pages in word and i hadnt even finished it yet, my second was about 200 A4 pages written and unfinished, and this would be my third draft now, i'm changing it an awful lot to make it less like the series Warriors, since i hope to get it published some day :]
