I'm not a furry I swear let me explain
So basically, in heaven the magic is very chaotic. The council do a good job at keeping it from getting too out of hand but occassionally there are surges in wild magic.
These surges can enchant objects and animals and gift them with life and a humanoid form. These surges in wild magic are how people like mr TV man Amadeus and. this guy exist!! Literally used to just be a deer

I realise i just do not talk about the story behind a lot of my ocs and art SO some other fun facts about heaven that i might've shared?? might not have?? idk but here you go
- Heaven is where most of my lore's artefacts and magical items are kept. Even if they were made on earth or in any other realm they're typically handed over to heaven since they're the only people who arent totally incompetent LOL
- Angels born in heaven have a different appearance to angels that don't!! People like Gabriel and Pierre, who were born in heaven, have less facial features than a regular person. They've taken a humanoid appearance to be more comforting for newly dead angels who are unfamiliar with the environmnent, but it's kinda like they're incomplete. They couldn't get the rest of it right
- Heaven is VERY overcrowded. You only really are deemed a sinner if you commit something like burglary of someones home, murder, kidnapping, etc. serious offenses yknow?? You probably couldn't get deemed a real sinner if you just. stole pick&mix from your local sweet shop. That being said, the deceased are atually given a choice of where they want to spend their afterlife! Heaven or Hell, (the sinner realm is something entirely different that im just now realising i don't think i've ever really talked about here) but since hell is portrayed as the sinner realm, people are usually put off from spending their afterlife there and skip off to crowd heaven instead <3
