Original by me,The blade of The Ice Witch!
~ A magical weapon included in my Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay(Campaign) called "Death's Doorway"
The meaning of the runes, are not determined. But it's held in mind that it didn't pick inappropriate runes.
But as for the count of it on the basis of Warhammer, I generated it like this:
3 runes of Inscription, 3 runes of Empowering, 1 rune of Binding
History:
The Ice Witch's infamous bade.
Originally crafted and runed by the
chaos dwarves. Later on enchanted
by the Frost Mages of The Witch King,
with the blood of an Ice Dragon slain
in Norsca's colds by The Ice Witch and
her fellow corrupted cultists.
At the death of The Ice Witch, the
sword was still corrupted by the
influence of chaos bound within it as
a gift from Tzeentch, the god of magic
and change. After a big ritual by the
Hierophants of the Light Order,
the sword Ice Edge was finaly purified
and gifted to the slayer of The Ice Witch,
For safe-keeping.
(The Weapon above is stated as the Purified version)
