Original idea and the photo was nicely executed. The white background works perfectly.
This makes me think of a mouth sewn shut, only the voice will not be quieted, and the lips open to utter some untold truths.

very imaginative and original concept. i like it alot. my only suggestion would be to focuse more on the string, because as it is now, it looks like you've just drawn on lines in photoshop or something. overall, though, it's a great shot!
