I love the lighting, colour and the detail of this picture! It's a wonderful concept! My only criticism at the moment would probably be on the quality of the piece - some parts of it look a bit blurry to me and I can't zoom in on the detail. Some of the cutting seems a bit blurry to me and the lighting on the piano's lid seems to a be a bit strong given the general direction of light. However, it is honestly a wonderful piece!

But I'd love to know what would you do to reduce the light reflection on the piano surface ,I've tried everything I knew on the stock image but it didn't work like I wanted ?

I tend to play around with the selective colours layer a bit. Otherwise you could just paint over the stock image a bit.
