Sharkman and Cloudburst finally confront each other. Sharkman used to be a member of Patriotman's team, The Ultras. They were tasked with keeping a "leash" on the superhuman community. When Sharkman was an Ultra, he and Cloudburst were good friends. Sharkman eventually leaves The Ultras to join Stellar's new Maximum Force. Cloudburst is tasked by Patriotman to bring in Sharkman by any means necessary.Related content
