But which one would you choose? Black or white?

Black. MY reasoning would be this.
if Tai and the Original Digidestined were called back AFTER MaloMyotismon's Defeat, the Digivices would be upgraded, INCLUDING T.K. and Kari.
The black would be to Differ between the New Digidestined and the old, and i know this brings up ken ichijouji because of his Black Digivice. but remember, He went into the digital world with Ryo, and HAD A CREST, but Corrupted his digivice out of Grief and the loss of his brother. His crest never fully activated.
My thought is the Digivice's would upgrade, because the Crests would return to the Original 8, Causing the Black D3's, because it would be a High boost in power, kept WITHIN the digivice.

The white are better for normal, but when the digimon digivolve they get black :3
Yellow is better for T.K. than green, it doesn't make sense that they make the digivice of T.K. green!! Patamon is NOT green!!! They need to make armadillemon purple or something -.-

Yeah, not really sure why TK's D3 in Season 2 was green. Seemed pretty random.
I think I like the black Friendship D3 most.

Ya, I think his was originally suppost to be yellow, (Since Karis was pink) but since the new DigiDestined got Digivices that matched the color of their Digimon, Cody got yellow for Armadillomon. But, I agree with you. Random.
