Those lights really make for an awsome effect. The contrast in this photo between light and dark is amazing. The perspective gives this a really odd, but very cool, sci-fi look, like a walkway build up out of light coming from emitters down below.
One thing I'm not to sure about though is the light bulp at the bottom. It doesn't quite seem to fit with the rest of the image. Other than that, I really like the way this looks

love the title.. I think our prison system needsa little work more on the social rehabilitation side.. but anyway. its interesting hw this is an example of an entirely different society than our own. really like teh perspective and "follow the light"

Thats a great mood you captured here, the almost black and white works wonderfully, a drab and dreary place turned round into a crisp and pleasing image. Works really well rotated, good work.
