Remus is a quiet Pokemon, always hiding in the shadows of his teammates. Rem much prefers to spend time by himself, and will drag himself from activities if he doesn't wish to do them. Some may see him as grumpy, but his friends and Teammates know he's just shy and needs some coaxing into doing things. Staying back at the Ranch is what he usually does, but sometimes he will accompany Mildred out and about. Despite his meek demeanour, he is very protective and can bite back if some-one is threatening him, or his friends.

Remus grew up with a few brothers and sisters within the Cavern, protected by their mother. They spent all their time together, playing and would never leave each other's sides. Unfortunately one day, Remus lost his mother when he was venturing the Cavern, and couldn't find his way back to his family, He was lost and scared, as he'd never been away from them for this long. Eventually, he met Mildred, who helped calm him, and gave him food and shelter. She decided to care for him from now on, and they've stayed together ever since, in the Everglade Marshes.
