The problem is that the pose is really rigid when everything should curve with the punch to give it more oomph. The fist and forearm of the punching arm is a bit to straight to imply the curve the force would have been traveling. This idea is called the "line of action". Look it up, it's a very handy guideline.
Your Michael Turner torso is also showing. Nothing wrong with having inspirations, just make sure you know how a real torso looks like so you understand why Turner drew them that way. From this you will later be able to draw your own torsos and your own Supergirl torso.

thanks for the critic man, I agree with your opinion...this is my first supergirl's drawing and did take me some time decide a pose for she...
I'm really bad drawing torsos...that´s why I take some inspiration from the turner's style
however, thanks again for the comment...draw is my main hobby and your opinion is very useful !!
