For the cosplay?
Well, if you are going to make it, it's not really as hard as it looks?
Just find a one-piece jumpsuit pattern. And for the wrench, I used a paper mache/insulation foam tutorial from here: [link] but not as much work has to go into it since it's a smaller prop than the tutorial is talking about.

Ahh oh no xD sorry! We wore these costumes on Friday night (after a long day), Sunday night and on Monday (tired from the con) so...yeah there was a good chance we were beat.
But anyway--going to a con for the first time is awesome. I went to AX for the first time years ago and I remember being completely overwhelmed. xD
