i love knights, but i can never draw them, the armour screws me up.
the armour rocks, and the pose and colouring is great.

I like how you've distinguished him from the ones behind, the strong colour, and you've used a good composition again, keeping the entire image interesting. Great light, but I want to see more detail in it, and I want to look at his armor. I like the lines of colours becoming almost like beams of light, hitting the subject and giving us a glimpse of him.

That metallic purple armour is neat. And the crowd in the background help out the pic heaps. Dont really like how his shoulder armour overlaps his chest and his lower arms and hands (left hand) are pretty crappy.
Overall very cool.

Really nice. I'm not so sure about the color scheme though. It looks a little weird to me. Since the main focus is on the figure, it would make sence that he would be a lighter, more vibrant color. Instead, he's rather receding and much like a background color. That seems a little odd. The overall style and mood I really like. It's a dominating, powerful force that seems to overtake the whole atmosphere and mood of the piece. The style and technique is really great as well. Other than the color scheme, which isn't all that bad, I think it's another great piece of work

Like all the rest of your stuff, this kicks some serious hinney! I don't know how you do it but you get so much depth out of your images. You are truely one of the great airbrushers.... and a master of color.

You continue to amaze me..
The figure here is just so.. solid, and has this really powerful presence. I really like the subdued silhouettes lurking in the background.. adds a lot of depth to the image, as well as drawing all the more attention to the power of the central figure.. leading the army.

you could make like a graphic novel out of this sort of work, its not like some hobby style stuff but real good ilistrator/pro quality - just look at how you do your focus on his upper torso buy giving less detail and contrast in the background and the darker area behind his swords, gives a good sence of depth. straight into my favorites!
