Sean Matsuda

Story: Sean has come a long way in the last 10 years from the bumbling mess of a fighter he used to be. After Ken gave up his title as the reigning US Martial Arts champion, Sean saw his chance to finally have a grab at glory. He still failed to claim the title and decided to quit fighting to concentrate on basketball. He played pro for several years, still training in his spare time, and became a household name. He makes a long awaited return to tournament fighting when Ken asks him to enter the 4th Street Fighter tournament to keep an eye on Mel. Sean gladly accepts, hoping to take another crack at Ryu to see how much he’s really improved.

Notes:
 Not much springs to mind at the moment save Sean is obviously stronger.
 He played professional basketball for several years, thus wears his jersey as part of his outfit.
 Sean has become somewhat of a celebrity with many not knowing of his previous street fighting exploits.
 He and Mel will have a funny intro where Sean attempts to knock Mel senseless with the basketball. If timed right, the player (as Mel) can hit the ball back at Sean with the baseball bat. The other player can then, if timed right, parry the basketball to avoid taking damage.
 Sean is engaged to his girlfriend of 3 years.
 Has his team logo printed on the back of his gi.

Legion

Story: Legion is the G-Project subject previously known as Twelve. During the 3rd Street Fighter Tournament, Legion became exposed to an exponential amount of data from other fighters, learning and cataloguing this information. Though his own make up was designed to literally wipe his memory clean each day to prevent any form of sentience developing, there were always traces of the data catalogued. Legion became self aware after the tournament and began to malfunction from that day onward. It start developing characteristics based on the data gathered from other fighters and began questioning its purpose and why it should follow a purpose dictated to it. Wishing to learn the answer to these questions, Legion bided its time until the 4th tournament before deciding to go rogue. With Urien distracted by his conquest, Legion was able to slip out undetected. In order to gain some sense of order in his consciousness, Legion denoted that the only way he would build his own identity from the many he had was to essentially start from scratch. Logic and data taught him that through experience and the passage of life, one would discover their identity. He took on the form and characteristics of a child and set out grow slowly and develop his personality.
