Is spyed UK your evil British twin or something?
Interestingly if you zoom in to 1:1 pixels and look at your hair, there's some kind of weird colour thing going on. Either there's a lot of chroma noise, or else there's some kind of sensor processing issue that means that the angle of your hairs makes it confused about what colour it's seeing and it results in RGB blobs. From the appearance of the blobs I think the latter is more likely.
My camera has interesting colour issues too but it totally lacks a microlens arrays. Perhaps the microlens array on your camera has been tweaked for sharpness rather than colour blending and this is the result.
