WARNING! SPOILERS!

Ulquiorra and Ichigo are fighting and Ulquiorra goes into his second release. Meanwhile Orihime and Uryuu head to the top of the dome in Las Noches, only to see Ichigo get killed by Ulquiorra. Orihime freaks out and screams "ICHIGO! SAVE ME!" Ichigo hears this and becomes a hollow to protect Orihime. ^_^
