the cyndom of seaxenland is one of the larger and powerfull country that exists in western europa, it came into existance after the anglo saxons pushed the latin speakin franks and some of the natives out of the region.
whilst originally only present on the western coast of gaul they eventually merged with the germanic frankish kingdom of loþaria the nordic kingdom of valland and the latin region of gӕllia both through conquest and peacefull unification.
Even though the regions was dominated by latin speakers for hundreds of years the arrival of germanic rulers and immigrants from the east resulted in the germanic language we have today however there is still some latin influence mainly in the form of loanwords such as empyre.
The nation originally had quite a few enemies mainly in the form of Gambria in the west and France in the east going to war with both of them throughout it's history however after some diplomatic talk with both countries they eventually came to a agreement and peace was established.
Even then the kingdom had both successes and failures throughout time such as the partition of frysland after the frisians found that they were underrepresented in the kingdom as a whole wich brought it's own troubles such as the people of gӕllia trying to do the same but the seaxans managed to keep them in under their rule by better representing them and allowing them more freedom.
In the past seaxen was one the major players of the colonization period having colonies in occidea, meridia, africa, and even asia, one of the larger ones being the now independent Gemӕnwelþ of austrӕlis, wich allowed the nation to still be one of the wealthiest nations in europa.
