Abilities : He can predict the future to a very short length (~5hours or a day ahead), he can also communicate with specters and other creatures.
Likes/Dislikes : Rings,jewelry in general,money and sweets/People making fun of his disability,greedy people,bright light and loud & repetitive noises.
Personality: Tends to be calm alone, but more energetic in a crowd of people/Won't use violence until reaching his breaking point/Mischievous/Greedy when it comes to money or jewelry/Can be childish/Curious.
Details and trivia: Despite the fact he can be a troll,he's actually very nice and respectful when it comes to important persons like the Guardian's Zone,The Judge and his brother or even The Queen. He can tell the future to anyone who want in exchange for money or anything valuable. His eyes who aren't visible are two black crosses. Him and The Inspector usually work together when needed.
