Base buyers get a layered PSD file with everything you see here! Buyers are free to use this base for YCHs and adoptables as long as they link back to this deviation. The base itself may not be resold or redistributed.

Since this is a somewhat more complex animation than most of my P2U bases, I recommend that all buyers have an animation program or some other way to look at the individual frames of the gif so they can see what order the frames are supposed to be in! Or you can just commission a pixel animator to fill it in for you.
