I love this piece as a whole. You have a lot of great things going on here. I can't do critiques cause I don't have a premium membership, but I will do one right here.
Good Points: Skin looks amazing. You display many ranges of realistic skin color and they flow well from one to the next. The cheek area, dimples, and nose are great. The teeth, gums, and lips are done very well, very detailed. Also the shadows, highlights, and blending on the face is something to marvel at. The eyes are done nicely.
Need Work Points: From the head to the neck you have you a great piece of art. But the hair looks like it was just put there to complete it. The hair itself look fine. The hairline doesn't blend into the skin well. If you can blend the hairline into the skin better, you will have something truly amazing on your hands.
P.S. I also do vectors, I know this will be a hard task to accomplish, but I feel it will complete this piece. The hair is mostly my weakest point on my vectors, it's just hard to do. Good work and good luck.
