Nope.
She is kind of in the middle. Rachel will wear lipstick and skirts, but she will also have no problem with a simple pair of genes and a t-shirt.

oh ok,
well in the next chapter (the crossover with Batman: Brave and the Bold) Rachel ends up getting her soul stolen by The Gentleman Ghost along with Edna, Jenny, and Edwina, so of course Courage Jr. and Batman will save them in time. the chapter after that will involve Benton Tarentella (remember him?) getting the girls to star in a reality show that turns them into parodies of the jersey shore girls (can you picture a orange skinned Rachel calling people who anger her a "cabbage"?) plus Edna becomes the pickle eating "Snooki Monster".
looks like I'm having too much fun with writing Courage Jr. and yes I named his mom after my gf's dog who is still recovering from her horrible accident, poor dog!
