mmm... it looks so much better in real life... i tried taking photos of it and there was always this glare from the lights or sun or surfaces it drove me nuts!i finally decided to tweak it in photoshop. still. it's not as good-looking as the real thing.
acrylic paint on bristol board paper... with black and red fine point sharpies.
8 hours.
maybe more.
i like it. hope ben likes it too.

Oh my! I love the colours in this one. The high contrast between the red, white and black really catches your eye. Lovely soft crosshatching, too.

i thought originally this would be a colourful piece - meaning colours that were not just these three (cuz i use them the most in all my works) and wanted to mainly satisfy my mom who tells me i use them too much. but i decided it wouldnt be the same otherwise. this way it conveys a certain feeling that feels right.
