Raccoon 2D Side Scroller Adventure Game!Click on objects/characters and use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move!
This has been a while in the making and I am so happy to have something new
and finished to show you guys. I was so incredibly excited to be able to move
one of my characters and click and collect things, its something so simple but
so rewarding for me! : )
Ever since I saw my talented friend 's Calvin Adventure Game I had a
dream to make a mini adventure game of my own. Her game gave me the
motivation and inspiration to try one for myself so if you enjoyed playing this
please go play her game too its amazing!
I was also so inspired by two other deviantART artists that i follow, *teaganwhite
and *LuliTheBunny who make adorable animal artwork and all sorts of beautiful
things. Please go check them out too *u*;;
This game was never intended to be a proper game that you can play over and
over. I had never used actionscript 3.0 before so this was more of a small
project to test the waters. It is very easy and simple to "win" the game so please
note that when playing XD;

This is a great game in all, but it is WAY too simple. You should make it a little more.. Challenging? Like Calvin's Story did! i just think that how simple the game is lowers the level of fun. Both Calvin's story and this are fun, but i'm saying this should be more difficult, But there should be more plot! it's not very exciting, to me. i still like it, just a tad bit too plain. Not meaning to be rude though! It was a very good game.

This game is reaaaally cute, but too easy! deserves a real game and not a flash game! is not a reproach, indeed!:3 but I beg you, do also real games, have been shown to have an irrepressible talent!

I like how this simple game is sooo cute! This is actually my first game I've ever played when I was young, it was soo fun!

I thought it was very cute and adorable, your art style was adorable, as always. I only think that it was a little short, and not very challenging, but I think it would have been great for the younger generation. I would hope for a longer version later, although I know that this may be hard! I know you have already noted it was short (I believe), but I absolutely love games like this, and would love to see more.
You art is always amazing, and this is a favorite of your games for me!
Other than that, I think it was absotively wonderful!

Hello there, Squeaky toy box! I love the game and how cute it is! And I know you said it's simple, but I didn't excpect it to be THAT simple! I love the colours of the letters too, and the detail! I think the caterpillar shoud be holding the letter and I think you should get him/her a little leaf to eat! I think there should be a part at the end where you get to dress up raccoon ready for the picnic! I think there should be more levels too and some little shorts! Is fox a girl? Loved it!

i think the fox doesnt have a gender it can be a girl/boy depending on whoever is playing haha xDΒ

A good game, kawaii art, the only thing is that is too easy. The letters are easy to see... But the good part, it's creative.
You can try adding more levels or something like that...
I have to repeat it, THE ART IT'S TOO KAWAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ~
And other thing to say; You can practice more doing this kind of games, you will get better doing this games with practice.
If you want, you can then to a better version of this game, because i know you can!
Remember, practice does the master.

first of all: this was a great game and so many people love it! i am proud you made it this far! i hope you had a best time making this game! btw make more games later on! i will be happy to see them! plus... i luv your games they are soooooooooooo CUTE!!!!!!!!!!
the point is: that its sorta easy and calvins story was hard so can you make a game step by step? no passwords! also the people who don't know what to do make a link if they give up and you can make a walkthough! i hope you had a fun time reading all your notes you get! be the best!

I like how you were able to make this cute. But I like the whole idea of having a flash game. I actually considered Calvin's Story very nice even before I went to deviantART and when I saw this, I was excited to try it.
I was a bit disappointed with the level of difficulty. I know you said it was simple but this was a bit too easy. I wanted to play more without repeating the same thing over and over.
But seeing as you are new to flash games, this is a fair piece. I hope to find more games from you in the future. Why don't you try something with higher difficulty next time? I be glad to see a game by you in my notification center.

i agree the level of dificulty is very low because the
game is easy to finish. in future i would love to
make harder flash games but i really wanted to
test the waters for this because i had never used AS3
before.
it was better for me to have a small goal inΒ mind rather
than attempt to do a full flash game likeΒ the calvin one
