I want to get better at landscapes. I used an atmospheric technique recommenced by Scotchlover for the fading into the distance, using volumetric lights, and I think it turned out well. However it also meant I couldn't include the smoke particle I wanted on my mech as particles can't obscure volumetric lights in sfm. Oh well...

I also really love the idea of small personal mechs that might help carry things or perform other simple tasks. I think it might be useful for long haul trips over rugged terrain. Of course it's a bit like the Big Dog machines the army might soon be using, but I like the idea of civilian use more. Perhaps it contains a portable stove that can use heat from it's engine to cook food?
