Creature-Exchange for I3-byUsagi I had a ton of fun drawing this guy for the Halloween exchange! I need practice with humanoids and he was a fun one to work with! I hope you like it I3-byUsagi, and happy Halloween!!

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
They wanted goth, high status, Bela Lugosi inspired fashion for him. I used the old Dracula costume idea and build upon it with Victorian Gothic style. It's a style I really love, but rarely draw!

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I liked the dress up idea, but wasn't sure what they meant by being allowed to make him a traditional Halloween monster as well? I think it was several ideas one can choose from. I hope I got that right XD I stuck pretty hard to the pallet provided, it had several colours I use in designs for myself, so they were easy to match up. Just added some darker tones where needed. The ability and quirks are up to the character owner since he's pre-existing.
