woow this is amazing and even zane is now a robotic ghost, you know it's funny that I had a theory about robots, where humans like us came to an end we comertidos in wandering spirits that have no place in heaven or hell, or ghosts that we have a place in heaven or hell, robots (as happens on TV) when they are destroyed becomes digital spirits (like a virus) that rests in the digital world or managed by electonica appliances communicate with loved ones (in this case his friends)

Yeah It's like in Green lantern Animated series (IDK do you was watching this) and there was a robot - Aya... And she was destroyed in very similar way the Zane was... And yes she become digital spirit... (It was in season 2 ep. 19 at ending)
