“A Stray From Life”

**Connections:**

* Both are the teenage protagonists of long-running supernatural action mangas, who were once orphaned youths that ended up alone after losing their caretakers (Yuji losing his grandfather and Atsushi getting kicked out of the orphanage) with their last words having a profound impact on the protagonists and how they view life.
* Soon after they would find themselves becoming apart of a special agency (Tokyo Jujutsu High and The Armed Detective Agency) after it is discovered that they are vessels to powerful, uncontrollable mystical creatures (Yuji being the vessel of Sukuna and Atsushi being the vessel of the White Tiger). This status would make them the target of an evil group who serve as the story's main antagonists (Geto's Group and The Port Mafia).
* This workforce they take part in investigates the mysterious phenomenon of their respective environments, as well as combats against people with abilities unique to just about everyone (Curse Users and Ability Users), with them being no exception due to their gifted prowess. The beings inside them are also able to regenerate their body parts if need be.
* They would be mentored by an eccentric and bizarre figure with an insanely powerful ability and have past connections to the primary antagonists (Satoru Gojo and Osamu Dazai). Along with comes a blonde-haired straight man in glasses who's commonly irritated by their partner's personality (Kento Nanami and Doppo Kunikida).
* They also have a rivalry of sorts with a dark haired aloof individual who's binded by the monsters within them in some way that in turn motivates their own growths (Megumi Fushiguro who Sukuna took great interest in due to his gifted abilities, and Ryuunosuke Akutagawa who wishes to surpass Atsushi who humiliated him psychologically due to being the vessel of the White Tiger). This relationship however results in a strange bond of sorts, of friendship.
* Both would end up developing a familial bond with a robed wearing killer who manages to join their side after being confronted against them (Choso and Kyouka Izumi).
* They have high values of comradery, in part of their upbringing and the bonds they've made along the way, even feeling some form of empathy from the enemies they face off against.
* While naive of their current environments and to an extent in general, they commonly find themselves struggling with the implications of their prowess, debating on the concept of life and death along with the morality their workforces enlists upon them. But in spite of those negative emotions, they are determined to keep on living as best they can for the sake of other's survival, even if they ironically become reckless in the process of it.
