Description We have been playing our game in the same town for two years (and a bit) and some characters changed in the goup but I decided to take all of them as a single group of advenutrers - to keep continuity, so they can use the knowledge and connections from previous games. However, it seemed quite unrealistic to claim that all the 21 characters are still living together in one small flat with three rooms So the last quest was to clean this house from terrorists and then our group was allowed to move in

It is called Hawk mannor (similarity with Dragon Age II is purely accidental) because it was built for a small knight order called Gweilch which means Hawks. The order fell apart long time ago and left just this house and after them... The house our party just started to explore and seek for it's mysteries and secrets... The greatest mystery so far - at least for a mage of the group - is why the hell has the round table in the basement a hole in the center?!
The idea is that the main house is more like a castle - strong stone walls, narrow windows (except for the top floor), made to be well defendable. There is a "hole" in the center of it from the top floor that allows light to go in through that elevated part of roof and lighten even the ground floor. The new part (rooms 11-16 on the ground floor) is build later from brick and is more like an ordinary town house. Number 8 in the ground floor is a kitchen (that thing there is a fireplace) which allows the rooms above it to have a hearth. Number 6 in the 1st floor as a chappel. In the basement, room 5 has the round table, room 6 is a vault and room 7 small jail. On the "bigger" map with garden, number 1 is stables, 2 latrines and 3 is small bower. The scales are in meters. If it fits you, feel free to use it for your own game and assign whatever functions to the rooms as you want.

Big thanks goes to - obsidiandawn.com for the textures, banner shapes and some of the garden plants and to for more trees brushesh. Also the hawk in the coat of arms if downloaded somewhere from google and I suppose there is some licence protecting it so no selling of this map, ok?

Hi Flea, of course you can use it for your home game. It was made to be played with, after all. You can put it on your blog too, though it would be nice to put there note it was done by me. As long as you don't sell it and don't pretend you created it, you can use it for your game and tweak it as much as you want. Also, if you want, I have even slightly bigger version available - 3977x3115px (might be better for printing).

Thank you very much; the textures and brushes that increase the quality of the map a lot.
There is also a secret passage going from the 1st floor room 2 to the basement room 5 and out to the bower in the garder. But I uploaded the picture before our party found it and it almost kills my CPU when I try to open that picture in photoshop
