i've got to say that i've never been much of a snape fan. i really disliked his flip flop nature, and honestly didn't give a damn about what side he was on.
Deathly Hollows made him likeable to me. Sappy, yeah, but then I wouldn't be me without a love of sap. i love childhood best friends turned lovers.
Well, actually I like to think that Lily never realizes Sev loved her, and they had many silly adventures where he'd almost confess, but chicken out at the last second and silly naive Lily would just go bounding on her way.
I assume they had potions together and were TEAM AWESOME and high fived a lot except never really because Sev WOULD NOT HAVE IT. I think Lily has a really silly and irrational fear of some kind of potion ingredient. Like spiders or slugs or frogs. and in this picture she's kind of just freaking out.
Poor sev's gonna spill that potion all over the ground. I think he'll get over it though. Also, they're only first years here. Also also, red and green potion anyone?

Actually...I think it would be cute the other way around too. Like...Sevvie's afraid of some kind of weird explosion or icky things and is like 'SAVE MEH LI-LYYY!' and she's like 'bitch plz.'

This was really cute, but your comments really set it off. The way you explained their relationship is quite adorable, they could have their own sitcom. I have always been a die hard Snape fan, though the Sev/Lily pairing I have never agreed with. The book made his undying love for her so beautiful, I can't not enjoy it.

a sitcom would be wonderful. snape would be self-foiling and it would be utterly hilarious and sad all at once. he'd try so hard to make her not fall for james that she'd begin to fall for james and snape would be like: "RATS NOT AGAIN." and James would be like: "Hells yeah. *smirk*"
there'd be hijinks and love potion mixups and lily would just be oblivious to snapes undying love for her.
