Hiii there,And covered in late-ness, just as predicted... Yeeeah, so here's the final Kataang Week entry o' mine. I chose 'Comatose' out of the two. I just had this image in my head. Aang sleeping on the Fire Nation ship, Katara scarcely leaving his side for days on end. Just waiting, hoping he'll wake up. Doing everything she can to bring him back. And so there she sits, up against the wall. Fallen asleep sitting up, waiting for him to wake.
Yuuuus indeed. I could have tried to be original with the prompt but...we can all see what happened instead >3>;;
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. The background could be better but...muh. I need more work on metal surfaces... And you can see Aang's hair just baaarely starting to grow in XP
Anyway, hope you all like it!

Apparently Shipping Weeks are really good at getting shippy art out of me. Because I normally don't do a lot for whatever reason. Honestly, with Kataang I think it's because...it's really special to me. In a way I can't really understand. The feeling it gives me, the way I imagine it in my head. All the Kataang we'll never get to see on the show. There's something about it that I...just can't draw. I don't have the skill necessary to get that down in physical form. I don't know why...just how it is. I wonder if maybe it's better that way. Some things...you just don't need to dissect. Buh, listen to me getting all deep on you. My bad. HAPPY KATAANG WEEK!!!

There is SOO much awesome in this pic. Dang, Aang sure did grow hair rather quickly in the show, a full head of hair in just three weeks. Hm, I guess this would be week one. Awesome pic by the way!
