these r from 2013. spooky cats literally b black and covered in eyes. the designs dont look alike, the eye styles dont even look directly copied. you could just save yourself the negative attention for yourself and your species by just noting her instead of making a debacle out of this. yikes...

gotta agree here, black cats with eyes or other creepy features are very common. plus if a CS is based on cats, dogs, other popular animals, there is a high chance of finding something that looks similar.
i'd be more concerned if someone copied a CS that looks unique/isn't completely based on existing animals

it can be upsetting when you feel like someone is trying to take something from you. Your feelings are valid. However, its very unprofessional to make public accusations on someone's sales post.
A better route would have been to dm your concerns to try to come to some sort of resolve.

A black cat covered in eyes isnt some new revolutionary thing? Its been done hundreds of times before and just bc you and srah just happened to make black cat with eyes designs at the same time, doesnt mean theres any relation between the two characters.

First off, I know Srah and know they'd never willingly copy/steal another design
Second of all, I know where you're coming from but the cat/animal covered/full of eyes is NOT a new or rare thing to come by, I've seen it multiple times and coming October you'll see them pop up a lot more no doubt, and while I read all this "proof" you have Srah did not make a "direct copy" like you accuse them of, they did not go out of their way to find your adopt and copy it out of malice
If you're going to call someone out, accuse them of something as bad as stealing and trying to tarnish their name with it at least have a solid argument and/or proof
Edit: and yes I saw the color comparing thing, a lot of the same concept designs I mentioned are also black and white
